Juliana W. Powell

Juliana Powell, born on June 21, 1937, in New York, New York, passed away peacefully on

November 6, 2025, in Flemington, New Jersey. She was 88 years old.

Juliana dedicated her life to caring for others, devoting over five decades of service as a

registered nurse at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. Her long and steadfast career

reflected not only her professional skill but also her deep compassion and unwavering

commitment to the well-being of those in her care. Through the years, she became a trusted

presence within the hospital and a source of comfort to countless patients and colleagues

alike.

She was a devoted member of Saint Alphonsos Catholic Church in Hopewell, NJ, where she

found spiritual strength and community throughout her life.

Juliana is lovingly remembered by her husband, Joseph Powell; her children, Theresa

Taormina, Bernadette Bamberger, and James Powell; and her grandchildren Caitlin, Kendra,

Greg, Stephanie, Tyler, Brooke, and Kristin. Her legacy continues through her greatgrandchildren Colton, Oaklee, and Myla.

Her life was one of quiet strength and enduring love-a life that touched many and left an

indelible mark on all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who mourn her
