Julie (Jewels) Pepin Barbour, age 68 was born on February 9,1954, at Fanny Allen Hospital in Colchester, VT. She passed away on April 26, 2022 at her home in Ferrisburgh, VT. She was surrounded by a few close friends, her husband Sid Barbour, and her sister Paulette Meader.

Julie lived her life to the fullest. She embraced life full on. She was always willing to help those in need and always rooted for the underdog. She lifted up all people with her love and support. You could not ask for a better ally and friend. She always celebrated everyone's accomplishments as if they were her own.

She was a hard worker and started working on the farm at the age of six. She graduated from Vergennes High School. She worked for 32 years at Goodrich Aerospace, 4 years for Jolly convenience store, and 2 years for Tata Harper.

After surviving breast cancer Julie and her husband Sid sponsored Shoot to Kill Cancer bow shoots where the money went towards helping to solve Breast Cancer. Julie had been a 19 year cancer survivor.

Julie was known for her spunk, for always having a bright cheerful "Good Morning" to all she encountered. She loved dying her hair pink, ice fishing, hunting, bonfires, and gardening. She loved her roses. She was an avid animal lover. Her cat Prissy and dog Loki were her constant companions.

Julie was predeceased by her parents Emil and Anette Pepin and her daughter Missy Blaise.

Julie predeceased her husband, Sid Barbour, her siblings, Jean Hill of Virginia, Paulette Meader of Vermont, Loraine Desjadon of Kentucky, Paul Pepin of Florida, 3 stepsons, 9 grandchilden, and several nieces and nephews.

In lew of any flowers donations can be make in her honor to the American Breast cancer association.

There will be a barbeque in her honor to celebrate her life to be announced at a later date.
