Julie Ann Beddow

Julie I have been missing you and now I see this. You were a brave, strong woman who lived life on your own terms. I will never forget our friendship. I'm sorry we lost touch.

Praying for all who love Julie Ann. Such an amazingly bright and sunshiney Soul who will be very dearly missed.

Julie Ann was a valued colleague at the University of Northern Iowa. She was always kind and welcoming to me and my students in the Fine and Performing Arts Collection, and helped us in myriad ways. She was a bright light in my experience at UNI and I will miss her terribly. Thank you, Julie Ann, for all that you did.

Julie Ann was an active Executive Board Member of AFSCME Local 2659. She and I had just traveled to Philadelphia for the AFSCME International Convention this summer. She came back with several ideas that we had not had a chance to fully discuss and implement.
Aside from her activities in our union, I considered Julie Ann a friend and have been truly missing her.
My thoughts and prayers to all who are mourning her loss.
