Julie O'Connor, 81, of Keokuk, Iowa, died April 19, 2025, at her home. Service will be April 26, from noon to 12:30 p.m., at the First Christian Church in Keokuk. Visitation will be April 26, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the church. The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk is handling the arrangements.
