She was born in Dover, N.H., on June 10, 1950, a daughter to the late Charles W. and Margaret J. (Trembly) Hoyt.
In her younger years, Juliette worked for a time at the Tillotson Rubber Co. in Dixville, but her main focus was raising her children and being a homemaker for her family. She also loved to crochet.
She is survived by her son, Arthur Potter of Colebrook. She is predeceased by her husband of more than 40 years, Donald Potter, in 2019, and a son, William, in 1995.
There are no public services scheduled. Juliette will be privately interred with her son in the Bloomfield Cemetery on a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Jenkins & Newman Funeral Home in Colebrook.
