I've been away from Fordyce since 2001. I was on the funeral home site today and realized Mr. J.T. was gone. I knew Mrs. Merle had been gone for a while.
I pray that the Lord is still holding you in the palm of His hand and will continue to do so.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. For those of us raised on Main Street, we have lost one of our fathers.

Dear Rodney and family,
I have such a wonderful picture of your dad in my mind. He was the epitomy of grace and kindness to all he met. I have many happy memories of shopping in his store, and talking to him. I did not know he was gone until now. My sympathies are with you.

Kimberly, only GOD knows the pain and how much you miss him.
All we can do is to be there for you when you need us. Iam allways here for you

I am so sorry. I did not know Mr. JT passed away.

Ms. Anne and Mr. JT was one of my favorite family's to take care of when I worked for home health.

They were wonderful, special people.

I am so sorry I did not send a message sooner. Your family has been a very important part of my life and have so many great memories. Friends, baby sitting, shoppimg, working at the store, best neighbors, Tami, Laura, Kim, Rodney and all...



Your family is so special and I think of you all often.

So sorry for the very late response to your dad's passing. I only learned about it when I went online to sign the guest book for Harriet Nutt's mother, Fern. JT and Merle were real stalwarts of the Fordyce business community and always had a smile and kind word for me when I met them. My deepest sympathy to you both.

I am so sorry about your Father. he was such a kind wonderful person.I know how proud he was to have you to help take care of him and I have heard wonderful coments on what good care you gave him.My Dad's been gone 6 years and it's like it happened yesterday.
