He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Linda Mitchell; children: Jerrod Smith, Justin Mitchell (Crystal) and Janae Mitchell; siblings: Verlinda Johnson (Darrell), Jeanette Singleton (Rev. Charles), Mabel Smith, Joey McNeil, Iris Williams, Birdie Cody, Thomas Lewis, Gerald Lewis, Michael Lewis (Patrice), and Jessie Mae Middleton; sisters-in-law: Helen Hill, Debra Nance, Jean Pinckney, Ethel Hughes, Letitia Makins (LaMeek), Sherica Kearse; brothers-in-law: Kenneth Durham and Stanley Kearse; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Rose Mitchell.
He was a Freight Broker.
