I have just heard of the passing of Mrs.Bass.Words cannot lessen the sorrow of losing a wife,mother or grandmother,But as time goes by,may you find comfort in the memmories of all the things that made her special.We hope and pray that your heart and soul find peace.

June was one of the loveliest ladies that I have ever known. Lovely in every sense of the word, inside and out; and a true lady. She loved her God and served Him with all of her heart. She lived her faith selflessly, and gave of herself always, and her presence on this Earth will be missed very, very much. God bless all of you.

So sorry for the loss, but she is much better now and as you stated in your letter "she's free". She was very brave thru all of it and to me she was a great lady and very inspiring. She will be greatly missed by her family and the church community.

Wow, what a great lady June Bass was to all. She shared with me her family and special times at Union Hill and Gwynn's Island.

Her example of how to care and being a good Christian will remain with me until the day I will join her in the heavenly kindom. The idea of a strong work day and then a restful play time after the work was done. Working hard makes the rest time more worthwhile.

I am so sorry for the loss of June from this earth, but her love and spirit will continue in all those she encountered. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family.

In the short time that I had the priviledge of knowing June, I found her to be a wonderful Godly woman. She was a true Lady in every since of the word. My daughter always enjoyed going to Miss June's {as she called her}. We will miss seeing her.

Our love and prayers are with you during these difficult times. May God wrap His loving arms strongly around your family and keep your hearts cradled in His hands. I know he will! He shares our tears with mercy, love and compassion.

I knew June for 25 years. I had the priviledge of doing her hair. She was truely the kindest most genuine beautiful person I knew. She was so unselfish and was always there for others.
