June Dalton-Morris Obituary

June Dalton-Morris
LITCHFIELD – June Dalton-Morris, wife of the late Peter Dalton-Morris, Architect, and mother of Sarah Dalton-Morris, passed away April 23, 2025, during a brief hospital stay, aged 93 years.
She is survived by daughter, Sarah; also, niece, Katie O'Rourke; nephews, Dr. Nicholas O'Rourke and Dr. Timothy O'Rourke of Australia and niece, Jenny Littlewood; nephew, Robert Dalton-Morris; and sister-in-law, Shirley Dalton-Morris of England.
June was involved in the Litchfield Community since 1965. She was a Garden Club member for over 50 years, Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, Pony Club Mom, President of Child and Family Services Northwest, and with friends started the prestigious Litchfield Arts and Crafts Show. She then became an extremely successful Director of Development for the Greater Hartford Easter Seals Traumatic Brain Injury Rehab Center for 24 years.
Upon retirement, became a Master Gardener, looked after husband Peter and created a spectacular English Garden behind their home. She cherished her friends and enjoyed knowing people about town. June remains in our memories and is sorely missed.
