I remember June and her brother John from the 1940s, when they lived on "Eagle Lake Road". But my brother Larry was in her Matawan class, I believe, and really admired her. We tried to get them together in 2015, but were unsuccessful. He died in December 2022 also. I know he would have deeply shared your sorrow.
