Junior Tyler, age 80, of Madisonville, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025 at his daughter's home surrounded by his loving family. He loved hunting, fishing and working in his garden. Veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved his kids and grandkids. He was a block and brick mason. Preceded in death by daughter, Kim Tyler Lingerfelt, parents, William Riley Tyler and Ada Hester Tyler, sister, Aline Newberry, brother, Ross Bennet Cook. Survivors, daughter, Carrie Tyler, grandchildren and spouse, Bridget Nicole Shaw and Kevin Shaw, Joseph Tyler Franklin, Carrie Shanelle Tyler, great-grandkids, LeLand Wayne Shaw, Finley Ezra Shaw, mother of his children, Brenda (Tyler) Boucher, sister, Hazel May Hembree, brother, William Burton Tyler. Funeral 8:00 P.M. Thursday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Pastor Pete Moser officiating. Interment 12:00 P.M. Friday, Vonore Baptist Cemetery, with military honors provided by V.F.W. Goldstar Post 5156, American Legion Post 106 and the United States Army. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
