The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 12 noon in the Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Entombment will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

J.E. was one of best to have served on the Fayetteville Police Department. He loved being a Motor Officer. He was always ready to help in any way that he could. We had a lot of good times together and he will be greatly missed. Words alone cannot describe how much he will be missed.
