Justin Michael Helmick

Justin Michael Helmick, 23, of Eastlake , passed away June 5, 2011 at home. Born Sept. 22, 1987 in Euclid, he was a life long Eastlake resident. He is survived by his parents, Sheila (Greg) Tompkins and Michael (Kim) Quist; sisters, Andrea and Jillian Tompkins; grandmother, Edna Jean Helmick; grandparents, Don and Judy Quist; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Darrel D. Helmick. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. Burial in: Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in West Virginia at a later date. Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Monreal Funeral Home of Eastlake, 35400 Curtis Blvd.
