Justin Paul Morgan 46, born on April 5, 1979, in
Ogden, Utah, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 24, 2025 after compilations with pneumonia and a stroke.
He was a beautiful baby and always seem to have a smile. He spent his life in Utah, living in Mountain Green, Ogden and Washington Terrace.
Justin earned his degree from Bonneville High School. He worked for few years at ZCMI and then at McKay Hospital.
A man of kindness and integrity, Justin was always sincere in his actions and loved those around him. His love for his family was profound, and he kept them close to his heart, always eager to share his joys and accomplishments with them. Whenever he received a gift or had some exciting news, he would share it with several family members. His appreciation for the simple things in life would reflect in his big blue eyes and his huge smile.
Justin was a passionate fan of the Miami Dolphins and enjoyed watching football. He was able to live alone for many years in his own house in Ogden. Justin was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His home teacher (Ron) took him to church, visited him often, giving him great support and was very kind to him. Justin created a community of friendships and was grateful for those who looked out for him.
After his 1st stroke he returned to his home. Later when he was unable to live independently, he became a resident at The Terrace at Mount Ogden and considered this his new home.
It was at The Terrace where he made many friends that he held dear and enjoyed participating in activities with them such as Bingo and watching football together. Despite the struggles he faced in life, he remained a beacon of positivity and held a special place in his heart for his Grandma Joanne and Grandma Lottie. He willingly helped his father and grandparents often. Justin's big heart and sweet spirit will be missed by those fortunate to have him in their lives.
Justin leaves behind his loving family: his father, Paul Perucca; his mother Sallie (Richard) Tabura; his brother, Anthony Padilla; his sisters, Jessica Padilla and Angelina Perucca; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Jerry Perucca and Clyde Morgan.
His desire to bring joy to others continued even in his passing as he chose to be an organ donor to help those in need.
