Justin Gerald O'Bryan, 48, died on January 19, 2023, at his home in
Marseilles, IL, following a brief struggle against injury and illness. Justin was born in
Decatur, IL on October 31, 1974. He spent most of his young life in Chicago, IL, being raised by his father, Jeffrey O'Bryan, and his mother, Nancy O'Bryan. He attended Nightingale School and Gage Park High School on Chicago's south side. Justin was a trusted, hard-working tradesman and served briefly in the U.S. Army.
Justin is preceded in death his mother, Nancy.
Justin is survived by his father, Jeffrey (Miriam); brother, Jeremy O'Bryan (Leah); sons, Liam and Bratcher; nephew, Michael O'Bryan.
Justin was best-known as the hardest worker on a job, the first to help others when he could, and an easy-going friend. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.
Public services will not be held. The family wishes that Justin's memory will be a blessing to all who met him.
