Kadeja Brianna Cohen

With heartfelt sorrow and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Kadeja Cohen, 31, of Hodges, South Carolina, who departed this life on February 24, 2026. She was born on March 25, 1994, in Greenwood, SC, to Herman Cohen and Terri Cohen.

Kadeja was preceded in death by her father, Herman Cohen.

She was a proud graduate of Greenwood High School and will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, warm smile, and the deep love she had for her family. Kadeja had a quiet strength and a beautiful heart that touched everyone who knew her. Her presence brought comfort, and her memory will forever be a blessing to those she leaves behind.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory her loving mother, Terri Cohen; her devoted sister, Makayla Cohen of Greenwood, SC; her cherished grandmother, Becky Ellis of Hodges, SC; and a host of other relatives and dear friends who will hold her close in their hearts.

Though her time on earth was far too short, the love she shared will continue to live on in the lives of all who knew her.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 1-6 P.M. at the funeral home.

A celebration of life for Kadeja Brianna Cohen will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at House of Reconciliation, 210 Pansy Road in Hodges, South Carolina with District Elder Isaiah Campbell, Officiating and Dr. Regina Campbell, Presiding. The body will be placed in the church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Oakbrook Memorial Park.

Casket Bearers will be House of Reconciliation and designated. Flower Bearers will be House of Reconciliation.

The family is at the home, 203 Pansy Road, Hodges, South Carolina.
