Kamal Dev Bhrany

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kamal Dev Bhrany, a devoted husband, father, and Nana. He passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Friday, November 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Kamal joins his beloved wife, Shobha, who passed away in 2006. He is survived by his daughter Vandna, grandson Saanil, granddaughter-in-law Aina, and granddaughter Anya who will cherish their time with him and carry forward his legacy of respect, generosity, and unconditional love.

A graduate of Khalsa College of Engineering and the University of Buffalo, Kamal pursued a career in engineering and later retired from Boeing after many years of service. Kamal shared the simple pleasures of life with his wife Shobha. The two enjoyed traveling to India to see family, spending time with friends in Buffalo and Los Angeles, tending to their backyard rose garden, and spoiling their grandchildren with trips to Disneyland, chocolate chip cookies, and toys.

In Atlanta, Kamal dedicated his life to being the best Nana to his family. He enjoyed doing yoga, going for walks with friends, attending the local Mandir, and family dinners. In his later years he cherished home-made pizza and chicken wing dinners by his grandson and soaking up the Georgia sun on the back porch. He loved slow walks and dancing in car rides with his granddaughter. His presence will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
