Kandi St. Clair Fields

Kandi St.Clair Fields, 44, of the Sandlick Road, Bluefield, went to be with her Lord and Savior early Friday morning, November 28, 2008. Born March 28, 1964, in Arlington, Virginia, she was the daughter of Paul St. Clair & his wife Peggy of Herndon, Virginia and Dora Wirtz St. Clair Brock of Princeton. Kandi was educated in Mercer County and attended Bluefield State College, where she was inducted into the Honor Society. She was employed as a Kindergarten Aide at Princeton Primary School. Kandi was honored by the Mercer County Board of Education as being named the Outstanding School Service Personnel for the Princeton Primary School for 2007-2008. Kandi loved doing for her students as well as helping those less fortunate. Kandi was a member of the WV School Service Personnel Association. She was a loving and devoted wife, an adoring mother, a good daughter and friend to many. Kandi was a member of the Destiny Outreach Ministries, on the Bluefield-Tazewell Road. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter & Jamie St. Clair and Curtis & Nellie Wirtz and her step father, James Brock. Survivors Her husband of 26 years, Vernon Craig Fields,Her son, Paul Bradley Fields of the Home Father Paul St. Clair & wife Peggy of Herndon Mother Dora Wirtz St. Clair Brock of Princeton She loved her family, and she enjoyed her dogs Shiloh & Zues and the cat, Junior. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 1, 2008 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens on the Courthouse Road in Princeton with Pastor�s Steve Branch & Larry Dyer officiating. The family will receive friends today (Sunday) from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason & Jeremy Perdue, Eric & Willard Akers, Homer Wilson and Ed Akers. Those wishing to attend the graveside services are requested to meet at the Funeral Home on Monday by 10:30 A.M.
