To the Bates/Fulton family: I'm so sorry for your loss. Kaneshia Bates was one of the kindest women I've known, she was always ready to help others and open her door to those in need. She was a strong woman who raised stronger children. Nothing can replace the one we call "mom'. May God grant you all peace, understanding, and love.
