Karen Yvonne (Norenberg) Laddusaw was born on November 6,1940, to Walter and Ruby Norenberg. On July 12, 1958, Karen was united in marriage to the love of her life, James Laddusaw, at St. John Lutheran Church in Dumont, Minnesota.
In 1969, Karen and her family became members of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, where she and James spent many years faithfully serving the church and acting as devoted stewards of the Lord. Together, they raised their three children in the Christian faith, grounding their family in love, service, and devotion.
At the age of 85, Karen passed away peacefully with her family by her side, entering into her Savior’s loving arms on Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Karen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Laddusaw; her sister, Joyce Bistedeau; her parents, Walter and Ruby Norenberg; and her son-in-law, Mark Miller.
She is lovingly survived by her sister, Jean Kandt; her three children—daughter Kelley Riggs (Tim), and sons Steven (Gail Marback) and Brad (Srena); her grandchildren Jessica Miller, Jacob Miller (Carissa), Erica Radloff, Ashley Tobin (Ryne), Sydney Laddusaw, and Samantha Mickek (Ethan); and her great-grandchildren Connor and Parker Radloff, and Easton and Emilia Miller, and Francesca and Ryne JR Tobin.
Karen will be remembered for her steadfast faith, her devotion to family, and a smile that was contagious.
