Karen McCann Obituary
EAST GREENBUSH - Karen D. McCann, 81, of East Greenbush, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center.
Karen was born in Cohoes, N.Y., the daughter of the late Edward and Sarah (Hope) Denison.
She had a lifelong passion for archaeology, gardening and later in life took up painting and drawing.
She worked in cultural resource management for NYS DOT.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Kevin McCann; son, Anthony McCann; daughter, Laura McCann; grandchildren, Sarah Jones, Rowan Jones, Tomaž Singer-McCann; and brother, Walter E. Denison.
A remembrance of Karen will be held in the Summer.
Contributions in Karen's memory may be made to Doctors Without Borders.
