Karen Pugh, 91, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2025.
She was born on August 22, 1934, and shared a long and loving life devoted to her family.
Karen met the love of her life, Ben Pugh, in Kansas City, Missouri, and they were married on August 30, 1956.
Together they raised two children, Cheryl and Greg.
Ben worked as an electrician for TWA in Kansas City, while Karen devoted herself to being a homemaker and mother before later working at Macy's until her retirement.
In August 1986, Karen and Ben retired to the Lake of the Ozarks, where they enjoyed many years together surrounded by family and friends.
Karen is survived by her husband, Ben; her children, Cheryl and Greg and daughter-in-law Leslie; and her cherished grandchildren:Lauren and Ben Wenger, Caitlin and Tom Bush, Erin and Dustin Rousan, Ben and MaryBeth Pugh, and Carina Chvatal and Brandon Strobel. She is also lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren; Lexi and Derek Rousan and Ollie and Dot Pugh.
Karen will be remembered for her steadfast love, strong character, and lifelong dedication to her family.
