Karen Rash Obituary
The family will be meeting at the homeplace on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 2-4pm.
Mrs. Rash was born in Wilmington, NC on November 17, 1950 to the late Wallace Pearson and JC and Faye C. Norton. Karen loved to garden, painting, and rearranging her house. When visiting Karen at her home, she would always welcome you with warm hugs. Karen was a loving mother, and will be missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Daniel Scott Rash, sister; Julia Dale Wood, nephew; Austin Seth Ring, and sister-in-law; Dawn Norton.
Karen is survived by her two sons; David Gibbs (Lori) of Crumpler, Jermey Gibbs of Crumpler, one daughter; Ciara Rash of West Jefferson, her sister; Lori Ring (Tim) of Monroe, two brothers; Greg Pearson (Becky) of Wilkesboro and Terry Norton of Wilmington, her fur baby, Onix, several nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Medi Home Hospice, PO Box 421, Jefferson, NC 28640
