Karen Kay Sparks

Karen and I worked together on some difficult litigation in the Department of Attorney General. I loved her willingness to share her opinion on the issues at hand and her engagement in both the how and the why of the work we did. I missed Karen from the day she left the Corrections division. Karen was a great secretary and an even better debating partner. My condolences to Bob and her children for their loss of one who was willing to always give her best.

Karen was an extension of our family growing up, as my mother's best friend. I will never forget her. On behalf of my brothers, my best to Bob and the kids. May she be at peace.

Had not seen Karen for some time but thought of her often. I have numerous fond
