Karen A. Stark, 87, of Neenah, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family.

Born on June 8, 1938, to Paul and Marie Leiskau, Karen lived a life filled with creativity, warmth, and generosity. A gifted pianist, she played throughout her life, finding joy and comfort in music and sharing it with others.

Karen was also a talented jewelry maker, especially known for her handcrafted beaded bracelets and necklaces. She loved creating these unique pieces and found great joy in giving them as heartfelt gifts to friends and family. Her creativity and thoughtfulness were evident in every bead she strung.

Karen had a deep love for animals, a bond most visible in her relationship with her beloved dog, Izzy, who survives her and remained faithfully by her side. Her love for animals began early, especially with Rusty, her cherished childhood horse, whom she rode throughout her youth until his passing when she was just 15. We take comfort in knowing she is now reunited with Rusty, riding free once more.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Marie, her husband, Lawrence, and her sisters Marian, Rosie, and Viola.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey, Sherry, and Jenny (Jeremy), and her only grandchild, Adam.

Per Karen's wishes, no formal services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
