Karen Lee Stevens (née Ott), age 76, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Karen carried with her the warmth, humor, and strength that reflected her own essence. Karen was known for her boundless compassion and deep care for others. She had a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued - offering kindness, comfort, and encouragement to anyone who crossed her path. Her gentle heart, laughter, and genuine spirit touched everyone with whom she made contact.
She is survived by her three beloved children, Melissa, Mitchell, and Karrie; and her adored grandchildren, Sloane, Quinn, Ava, Andrei, and Katya, who brought endless pride and happiness into her life. Karen's legacy of love, compassion, and curiosity lives on through them and through all whose lives she touched.
