Karl William Melching, of Vicksburg, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the age of 62. He was born on July 20th, 1963, in Kalamazoo. He was the son of Carl W. Melching and Darlene M. (Carlson) Melching. After attending Vicksburg High School, Karl became a Union Carpenter and worked in the area for many years.
Karl is survived by his four children: Michael Melching; Courtney (Hunter) Melching; Mark (Jayden) Melching and Brooke Leonard; five grandchildren, Lakelynn, Logan, Carter, Braxton and Greyson. He is also survived by his siblings Brian Melching and Leslie (Tim) Kudary.
Karl was preceded in death by his daughter: Amber Melching; parents, Carl and Darlene; and one brother, Mark Melching.
Karl has been cremated and there will be no service.
