Dear Mary,
We are so sorry to hear about Karl. He was a wonderful man!
We remember when you all came to our Arrowhead House, Karl was helping Brad with our electrical issues. He was a great father in law that anyone could ask for.
He was an amazing father, grandfather, great grandfather, son and friend to lots of us. He will be deeply missed.
I remember sitting at your house on 9/11 trying to call Karl to make sure he was ok. He finally came home late that night and we were all so relieved.
He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren so much! Murphy was his right hand bird.
We will keep you in our prayers
Love always Karen and Brad Matthews

Dear Mary & Family,
You all have our deepest sympathy, losing Karl will be a great loss to everyone, but look at the legacy he left. Your beautiful grandchildren & great grandchildren will have all these wonderful memories and stories to carry forth. We have been friends for almost 40 years, through happiness and sadness we have endured. Even though this is a sad time we choose to remember all the laughter and fun we had when we got together. We would laugh so hard we couldn't breath!!! Those days were wonderful. I hope you all find comfort in knowing that we saw his generosity and kindness. May his memory be a blessing and we hope you find peace and comfort in them. Love, Lori & Tom

Dear Mary...John and I, with heavy hearts, mourn the loss of Karl. We are going to miss seeing Karl, sitting on his riding mower, zipping up and down your lawn, ALL summer long! And when he sat outside, Mia was by his side. We feel very blessed to have such nice, caring neighbors...it's probably our New York connection! Mary, take comfort in knowing that Karl is in a much better place, pain free and in the company of lost love ones. And remember you will see him again some day. Roberta and John
