Karol Sue "Stewartson" Stevenson

Age 81, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away suddenly on Valentines Day, February 14, 2026, at home in her husband's arms. Karol was the beloved wife of almost 60 years to Charles J. "Charley" Stevenson; loving mom to Barry (Christine) Stevenson, and Laura (Anthony) Rosile ; Loving and Caring sister and sister-in-law to Margie (Merle) Barbour, Kathy (Joe) Bianco, Larry (Donna) Stevenson. Caring and thoughtful Aunt & Great Aunt to many nieces, nephews and their spouses and children. As well as happily and lovingly filling her Grandmotherly & Great-Grandmotherly roles to Nicole (Rory) Bistarkey, Justin Desando, Brodie, Bennet, and Baylor Bistarkey.

Karol loved to celebrate all of the holidays and loved Christmas the best. She was a graduate of South Park High School and went on to attend Robert Morris University. She worked as a secretary for the Mt. Lebanon School District and for Koppers where she and Charley met. Karol was kind, and caring to everyone she met and those she met have used those words to describe her. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends and Family are welcome at 2630 W. Liberty Ave. Dormont, 412-531-4000 on Thursday, February 19, 2026, 4-6PM. Interment will be private at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
