Katelyn Larson

Katelyn Marianna Larson was born November 30, 2002. She was born in Cadillac, Michigan. She spent most of her life growing up there. She spent many summers fishing Lake Cadillac, bicycling around the lake, roller skating at The Spot, hanging out with her friends, and winters, sledding Diggins Hill, or ice skating on the lake. She also lived in Lake City, MI, and Santa Cruz, CA. She was very beautiful and very kind, and smart and loving. She had the I gotchu personality and said those words often, and she was the type who meant it. Her laugh was infectious, and she did it often. Her goofiness always brought smiles to those around her, and made her a light to be around! She was a published poet, who enjoyed singing, and dancing, cheerleading, track, soccer, volleyball, and playing the flute, she had an old soul. She fought the battle of addiction for many years, having spurts of sobriety, unfortunately, the addiction won on December 23, 2024. She is and was and always will be loved!
She is survived by her son, Oliver, who she loved very much, her mother, DeAnne Larson, father, Chris Larson, Sister, NeVaeh Larson, grandmother's Deb Wing and Lisa Cotter, grandfather Eric Larson, great grandmother's Vicki Larson and Bernice Six. Aunt Danielle (Trevor) Ozeran, Uncle David (Linda) Wing, Uncle Dale (JeNean) Wing, Uncle Derek (Tricia) Wing, Aunt Sydney Spangler, Uncle Josh Larson, and many great Aunts and Uncles and cousins who loved her and will miss her dearly.
