Kathaleen was born in Milton, Fl with 5 sisters. She worked as a preschool teacher for over 20 years before, retiring and moving to Dothan, AL.
She is survived by a daughter, Jewel Dubose; a son, William A. Freeman; 4 grandkids, James Barnhill, Danielle, Thomas Barnhill, and Destiny Tayag; and 4 great grand kids.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel, 6405 Highway 90 W, Milton, Florida 32570, with visitation from 1:00-2:00p.m. and service at 2:00p.m. Interment will follow at Crane Cemetery.
We wish to thank Gentiva Hospice for the care and love they gave mimi in her time of need.
