Kathy, I know you're in heaven because you were my angel on earth. It's been
close to fifty years since you rescued me, consoled me and validated me in that room. Thank you for being there. I know Ralph and Regina were very proud of you. If only I could beat you once at high jump.
Emily and Emmet, I can only imagine the loss of a sibling, my heart and prayers are with you. May my love carry you. Always Beth

I met Kathy through my daughter, Sarah. She and Caroline became inseparable after their 1st day at Hofstra. Kathy treated Sarah as one of her own, showering her with love. Sarah always said that Kathy was her 2nd mom. My heart aches for the family. Sending love and hugs to all of you!

I met Kathy through my daughter, Sarah. She and Caroline became inseparable from their first day at Hofstra. Kathy treated Sarah like another daughter and showered her with love. I could tell right away that family was everything to Kathy. My heart aches for the family. Sending much love!

Kathy and I became friends through our youngest daughters who attended Wollaston Elementary School together. They quickly became inseparable, spending as much time as possible together! Of course my daughter preferred the Bowes´ home and I came to love sitting at Kathy´s counter chatting about life. I will always remember how Kathy welcomed Lily into her home as the girls played for hours and often stayed overnight. Her smile was the best and I´m grateful to say she was my friend

I first met Kathy at the wedding of Emily and my cousin Jimmy. She was delightful, with a sweet attentiveness that made a lasting impression. Although I didn't know her for long, I would describe her as friendly, caring, and very classy. My heart breaks for her family and friends. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "It is not length of life, but depth of life." It sound to me, Kathy led a deep life. Hugs and prayers to ALL involved.

We had the pleasure of hiring Kathy 5 years ago and she was a remarkable person in so many ways. She lit up any room she entered, and filled it will positivity. She nicknamed herself the office mom, and how true it was. Kathy made an impact on everyone she knew. We are devastated by her passing, while grateful for the time we had with her. She made positive contributions from day one and she always joked that she would "die in her heels" as she loved to work. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she would say "I know I'm nuts about these details." She spoke often about her love for her kids and grandkids. Every conversation ended with "okay, geh-bye." And she'd turn and give that smile. We will miss Kathy beyond any words can express.

I met Kathy my very first day at Standish in 1987. She was my first friend there. Little did I know that would be the first day of a 37 year friendship. We shared so much over the years; love, laughs, lunches, stock picks, advice (usually Kathy giving it!), family stories, and so much more. Just last week we talked and talked....catching up and make plans to spend some summer time together. She was so proud of her kids and always talked about how much she loved being with her grandchildren. She lived and loved with her whole heart. True-blue to the core. I'm going to miss you Kath. May peace find its way into the hearts of Kathy's family and all those who loved her.

I joined Standish, Ayer & Wood in 1998 and Kathy was already a rock star. She was just a year older, so we shared time and place I suppose. Maybe because of that, coupled with her being who she was as a person, she welcomed me so effortlessly into my new role, company and city. She was brilliant and friendly, while a fierce contributor within SAW. She was an absolute role model to all! I will miss her! My thoughts and prayers to her family and friends. God Bless! acc
