I am so very sad to hear of Katie's passing. She brought such joy into my classroom with her exuberance and her smiles. I'm so sorry to hear of her struggles ... it's a mountain too high for so many wonderful people to climb. Our loss is immense. But now, I'm sure Katie is dancing with angels and spreading joy and laughter in her midst.

My condolences to her family, I am a mother who lost my daughter at 26, due to murder that was drug related. There is no easy way to get through loosing a child. I only hope you are able to find peace in the fact that she has no more pain, no more suffering. My son was a close friend of your daughters as well. Please know you are in my prayers
