I remember Sister Kathleen in a few ways. First time, I was introduced to her by her brother Jim and his wife Nora many years ago who lived in Northeast Philadelphia on the 2100 block of Tyson Avenue. Their next door neighbors were Mr. and Mrs. Stepanuk and I went to school with Mr. and Mrs. Stepanuk's son Gary. I went to Sister Kathleen's brother Jim's funeral in 2001 where I saw Sister Kathleen again.
Then, I was a security guard at Sister's of Mercy for almost 2 years where I saw Sister Kathleen again. After I left that job, we kept in touch quite a bit. She was truly a wonderful person and got to know my family really well. Gonna miss her so much. Sorry that I can't come to the funeral. What a sweetheart!!
