Kathleen Diane Fillman

Kathleen Diane Fillman, 70, of Reading, PA, entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Hershey Medical Center. Born in Reading, PA on January 04, 1953, she was a daughter to the late Morris R. Fillman and Pearl H. (Seisler) Fillman.
Kathleen was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, class of 1970; where she attended Vo-Tech and studied cosmetology. She worked as a hairdresser for many years and was the owner/operator of Wyomissing Hair Concepts. Kathleen took great pride in making sure her clients always looked their best.
She also worked as an aide with Threshold Rehabilitation Services and lastly working at Boscov's Warehouse, until her retirement.
Kathleen was an active member of the Red Hat Society and an avid Reading Royals fan. She enjoyed going out to eat and adored going shopping, where she could not resist a sale. Kathleen will be fondly remembered for her kind heart and her loving spirit. She will be missed by all blessed enough to have known her.
Kathleen's spirit will be carried on by sister Lyndel Sallada; her niece Jennifer Sallada, her goddaughter Tiedra Schittler and Tiedra's children Ava, Luca & Emma.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church, 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial promptly commencing at 10:00 AM, with Fr. Matthew Kuna officiating.
