Kathleen T. Kostik, 82, of Walnutport died peacefully Sunday, December 31, 2023 at Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of James P. Kostik, Sr. who died March 13, 2003. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Cecelia Donches. Kathleen was a dedicated wife and mother and had worked in the laundry at Atria Assisted Living, Bethlehem for several years before retiring in October of 2003. Kathleen treasured the time spent with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed embroidery, classic game shows and hidden word puzzles in her spare time.
Survivors: Daughters, Kelly L. Gimbar of Northampton and Jamie L. Gaumer and her husband Dwayne of Bethlehem; son, James P. Kostik, Jr. of Easton; sisters, Sharon Sauerwine of Hellertown and Tammy Zellner of New Smithville; grandchildren, Mandy, Toni and her husband Anthony Grace, Cami and Bryce; great grandchildren, Sophie Ann, Nathaniel and Luke; long time companion, Charles J. Osborne with whom she resided.
Service: Graveside Service 12:00PM Friday, January 5, 2024 at Bethlehem Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
