I thought of your mom today. I have beautiful peonies blooming right now that were given to my mother, Lamar Sargent Gilson, by your mom 10 or more years ago. Supposedly, they came from her mother. I will never forget your mothers great kindness when my sister was hospitalized in Greenville. May your treasured memories comfort you (except memories of her cooking.)

Kevin, Don, and Jeff, I am sorry to hear of Kay's passing. She was an extraordinary woman. We were cohorts for many years at SFH, and neighbors. She loved all three of you sons so very much! You were her proudest accomplishment! You are in my prayers.

Kevin, Don and Jeff, I'm sorry to hear of Kay's passing. She will be missed. I remember her as a friend, a cohort who was a joy to work with and a neighbor. The thing I admired most about her was the love she shared with her family! You all were her pride and joy! My prayers are with you!
