Kathleen Joyce (Grott) McClintock, a 35-year resident of the Alamo Country Club, Alamo, Texas, passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2025, at the age of 95 in the Living and Memory Care Gardens at Brook Ridge Assisted Facility in Alamo, Texas.
Kathleen was born on May 22, 1930, in Michigan City, Indiana, to Thomas Andrew Grott and Nora Mary (Forrester). She attended St. Mary's Catholic Church and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1948.
On June 25, 1949, she married Donald Dean McClintock, who preceded her in death on Jan. 14, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers, James, Brian and Michael; along with one sister, Patricia Jasicki.
Kathleen dedicated her life to her family and always put their needs above her own. She was a source of unwavering love, strength and guidance for her family and friends. Together Kathy and Don built a life filled with love and cherished memories while raising five children, Kristine N. McClintock (Brown) of Richmond, Texas, Kevin R. McClintock of Alamo, Texas, Mary K. McClintock (Gonzalez) of Tomball, Texas, Susan L. McClintock (Sender) of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Jane M. McClintock of Alamo, Texas. Kathleen was a loving and proud grandmother to six grandchildren, Jennifer, Robert, Kristin, Lauren, Nora and Lilly; and five great-grandchildren, Pierce, Julia, Holly, Ava and Mayla.
In loving memory of Kathleen, the family kindly asks for the offering of a Mass as a tribute to her devout Catholic faith.
