Kathleen Swan Obituary
Kathleen Bennett Swan, beloved wife of Stillman (Butch) Swan of Madison, CT, passed away on February 14, 2026.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Eric and Liz Swan of Boulder, CO; Kristin and Chris Flanagan of Scituate, MA; and her loving grandchildren, Matthew, Molly, Quinn and Freeman. She is also survived by her brother, Lance Bennett and his wife, Chris, of Westbrook, CT, and her sister, JoAnn Bennett of Killingworth, CT.
Private funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I have known Kay for several (decades) years as family and loving wife to cousin Butch. Very sweet and thoughtful woman. From early visits in Madison when they first married with their English sheepdog, to attending/participating in my own wedding in Guilford. I am one who was blessed to have been a friend with Kay since Kindergarten. I have so many wonderful memories and these I will treasure forever.

My heart is so sad...Kay and I have been friends for 60 plus years. Back in the day...Kay, Susan and I labeled ourselves Ladybugs...the origin unknown or forgotten Anyway , as Ladybugs we had a lot of adventures and many laughs throughout the years. Many memories to be cherished....as I feel without Kay our Ladybug days have run its course. There will never be a Kathleen Bennett Swan again. My sympathies to Butch and Kristin and Eric and her beloved grandchildren , Lance and Joanne and to her many friends. She is missed already. Love you Kay
