Kathleen M. White ObituaryNEW HAVEN – Kathleen Mary "Kathy" White of New Haven, CT, passed away on May 27, 2025. She was born on June 22, 1968 in New Haven. In her youth, she attended Christ Church in Ansonia. A graduate of Amity High School in 1986, Kathy pursued higher education at South Central Community College, earning her degree in 1989 with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She was once employed as an X-ray technician at both Griffin and Yale Hospitals. Kathy enjoyed playing the organ and writing poetry. She enjoyed music by Stevie Nicks and Pink Floyd. She also loved Cats. Kathy is lovingly remembered by her mother, Mary White of Bethany; her brother, Kevin White of Derby; and her companion John Zito. She also leaves behind her cherished nephews, Benjamin and Noah White. Her extended family includes aunts Estelle June Hennessey of Southbury and Karen Root of CO. She was predeceased by her father, Sheldon White; grandparents Estelle Blake Root and Benjamin H. Root; aunts Edna Fleming, Marion Senderoff, Audrey Waskewicz, and Nancy Rich; and uncles, David Root, Benjamin Root, Jr., Tomas Root, and Earle Root, Sr.
A graveside service celebrating Kathleen's life will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10 AM DIRECTLY in Northwest Cemetery, Route 67 in Woodbridge, CT. The Ralph E. Hull Funeral, 161 W.
