Kathryn Thompson Coffee, age 92, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Abigail Wigley; parents, Clarence Thompson and Louise Grenlee; sisters, Pat Oliver, Jean Johnson; granddaughter-in-law, Amy Wigley. Mrs. Coffee is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Robert C. Coffee of Lawrenceville; son, Donald Godwin of Nashville, GA; grandchildren, Craig Wigley of Buford, GA, David (Michelle) Wigley of Buford, Jennifer (Jake) Meeler of Nashville; great-grandchildren, Nathan Wigley, Brooklyn Wigley, Kristen Meeler, Saylor Spires; brothers, Richard Hodsdon of Portsmouth, VA, Claude (Rita) Thompson of Hoschton, GA; sisters-in-law, Jeannette Elinburg (Kenneth) Berry of Sugar Hill, GA, Anne (Wayne) Patrick of Jefferson, GA; several nieces, Nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Coffee was born on October 2, 1933 in Buford, GA. She received her education in Key West, FL and was retired from Lucent Technology after twenty years of service. After retirement, she worked for Kokoma Tanning Salon. Mrs. Coffee was a member of Buford Church of God and loved to fold clothes. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens with Mr. Robbie Robers officiating. The Funeral Processional will leave the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025 for the Graveside Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at Flanigan Funeral Home located in Buford on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
