I'm so sad to hear this. Kathryn was so nice to me and my kids when she was at Medtronic. She was a kind and memorable person that I will never forget.

I´ve had vivid dreams of you recently, now I know why. Although my heart is breaking knowing you are no longer an angel on earth, I find comfort knowing you are no longer in pain.
