Kathy Cole, age 77, of Greeneville, passed away at Johnson City Medical Center on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
She was the daughter of the late Charles and Kathleen Ottinger.
She is survived by 2 daughters and sons in law: Sarah & Kenny Benson and Abby & Josh Keller; 4 grandchildren: Anna Benson, Cole Benson, Katy Keller, and Claire Keller. 1 brother and sister in law: David & Kristy Ottinger, brother in law Ron Parise, sister in law and brother in law: Jackie & Gary Whitehead. Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Ronald Cole, and a sister Terri Parise.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Jeffers Funeral Service downtown. A memorial service will be Saturday at 3:00 pm in the Christ Chapel of First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mark Rackley, Rev. Sarah Varnell and Rev. Todd Jenkins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to My Neighbor's House, PO Box 41, Mosheim, TN 37818 or The Pat Summitt Foundation, PO 31002, Knoxville, TN 37930.
