Kathy Ann Kitchen, 71, went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2025, after a brief illness. Kathy was born on September 24, 1954 to the late Clifford Kitchen and Lena Marie Caudill. Kathy was preceded in death by two brothers: Arnold Ray Kitchen and Clifford Kitchen Junior; and her niece, Megan Anne Kimbler.

Kathy is survived by her brothers: Larry Kitchen, Randy (Cheryl) Kitchen, Jeff Kitchen; and good friend Rick Kimbler. She is survived by her sisters: Joyce Collier, Angel(Tim) Parker, Carol ( Barry) Branham; and sister-in-law Barbara Kitchen.

Kathy never had children, but, loved her nieces,( Toni, Elizabeth, Erin, Brianna, Jessie and Leanndra) and nephews, (Travis, Gerald, Wade, Thomas,Chris, and Joseph) like they were her own. That love and caring extended to her many great nieces and great nephews.

Family was the most important thing in Kathy's life and her family truly loved her. Kathy was everyone's favorite sister and aunt.

Kathy's death has left an empty space in our hearts, but, we know that thanks to the grace of God, we will meet again in heaven. And what a joyous meeting that will be!

Visitation for Kathy will be Tuesday, November 25, at Wilson Funeral Home from 12-1 p.m The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m with Brother Joseph Kitchen officiating. Burial will be at the Chaffin Family cemetery.

Care for Kathy and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
