Kathy Manning-Bandy Obituary
She was the daughter of the late William Fred Manning Jr. and the late Peggy Marie Paxton-Manning, both of Roanoke, Virginia.
Surviving are her sisters, Janet M. Kumpf and husband Michael of Etters Pennsylvania and Deborah L. Manning of Moneta, Virginia; nephew, James Day and wife Gretchen; great-niece, Taylor Day of Etters Pennsylvania; as well as numerous cousins in Roanoke.
A cremation was preformed by Simpson Funeral Home and burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens on Saturday, August 9, in the Garden of the Cross; near her mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. (540)366-0707.
