Kathy Louise Pietzsch of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2023. Kathy was born on January 1, 1951, to B. Allen and Margaret Evans in Kaufman. Kathy’s has lived in Kaufman her entire life and her family has lived here since Kaufman was first settled. In 1981, she married Gary Pietzsch in Terrell, TX and they have been together loving 42 years. Kathy owned a Home Health Care sitter service for 25 years. Her most precious time was spent with her family, at home or hanging out at the lake and cooking for everyone. Kathy loved to cut up and give people a hard time. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sibling and Mother-in-Law. Her parents, B Allen and Margaret, and brothers Bill and Mike Evans preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are husband Gary, son Shannon Armstrong and wife Angela, grandchildren: Keelie Austing and husband Marcus Pack, Brittney Hibschman, Brian Weaver, Wade Weaver and Adam Weaver; great grandchildren: Brylee, Brylyn, Brexton, Braegan and Cannon; siblings: Jerry Evans and wife Robin, Don Evans, and Sandra Goodwill and husband Dale; numerous extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
