Kathy passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026. She was 73 years of age. Kathy Jo (Klaczkiewicz) Quick was born on July 9, 1952, in Saginaw, MI, to the late Alexander and Gennette (Tuck) Klaczkiewicz. Kathy was married to Lavern F. Quick and he predeceased her. She is survived by her siblings, Bonnie (Dale) Huff, Randy (Kathy) Kaye, and Julie Klaczkiewicz; nieces, Debbie Briguglio, and Jessica Davis; nephews, Scott Huff and James Kaye; great-nephews, Blake Briguglio, Jared Briguglio, Max Davis and Vincent Kaye; great-nieces, Alexandra Davis and Mya Kaye. She was predeceased by her father, Alexander Klaczkiewicz; mother, Gennette Klackiewicz; and brothers, Mark Klaczkiewicz and Benjamin Klaczkiewicz.

Prior to her retirement, Kathy and her husband were owners and operators of a 7-Eleven in Grand Rapids. Kathy's hobbies and past times included attending concerts, sporting events, and spending time with family.

Celebration of Life for Kathy will be held 12:00 Noon Monday, February 23, 2026, at Wakeman Funeral Home, Inc., 1218 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI. Pastor Don Dinninger will officiate. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the Wakeman Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
