Kathy Lynn Rambo, age 50, of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at her home in Tulsa, OK. She was born on April 13, 1975, in Wichita, KS to Larry Don and Linda Marie (Stucker) Rambo.
Kathy's early life in Wichita laid the foundation for her caring personality and artistic talents. She carried these traits with her to Northeastern State University, where she furthered her education. Kathy's professional journey led her to St. Francis Hospital, where she dedicated several years as a heart monitor technician.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kathy was a woman of many passions. She found joy in the simple pleasure of shopping, turning thrift shopping into treasure hunts that delighted her and those she loved. Her artistic soul found expression in various forms, and she had a special place in her heart for animals, with cats holding a particularly dear spot.
Kathy's love for her daughters, Mia and Allyssa, was a defining aspect of her life. The cherished moments spent baking together became treasured memories; each visit from Mia often concluded with sweet treats crafted in the warmth of their bond. Kathy's thoughtfulness extended beyond baking; even when resources were scarce, she made it a priority to ensure Mia and Allyssa had what they needed, often saving something special for them until they could reunite.
She is survived by her daughters, Mia Lamberson and Allyssa Ratzlaff; her sister, Kelley Rambo; and her nephews, Isaac and Ian Nickerson.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Linda Rambo, and her son, Tristan.
A private family service will be held to celebrate Kathy's life.
Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Kathy online at www.brownfamilycares.com. Kathy's family has entrusted her care and cremation to Brown's Funeral & Cremation Service, 231 E. Commercial St., Broken Arrow, OK 74012, 918-251-5331.
