Kathy Robinson Obituary

She was born Jan. 11, 1954 in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Glenn and Joyce LaDow Knowlton, and was a 1972 graduate of Cassadaga Central School.
In earlier years employed by the former Empire News in Jamestown, Kathy then worked for Interlectric in Warren before becoming an administrative secretary in the financial aid department of Central Texas College in Copperas Cove, TX.
Her interests included crafting, singing karaoke and being a Buffalo Bills fan. Kathy loved her cats, Lil'bit and Socks.
Surviving is her daughter, Michelle (David) Rasmussen of South Dayton with whom she made her home; son, Chris (Janelle) Rasmussen of Texas; sisters, Nancy (Kenny) Miller and Judy (Jim) Cardone, both of Florida; brother, Dennis (Rebecca) Knowlton of Texas; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Robinson.
A celebration of Kathy's life will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750.
