Passed peacefully at home on November 9, 2025, age 65 years. Beloved mother of Katie (Wendy Behling) Heffner. Granddaughter Carmen Webb. Sister of Jeanine Heffner. She is also survived by her extended Salazar Family, many good and dear friends, and the Ho Chunk Nation.
Preceded in death by her husband Samuel Salazar, daughter Janet Carol Trudel, grandson Jashawn Samuel Trudel, as well as many siblings and other relatives.
Visitation Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home, 16880 W. National Ave. from 11:00 AM with Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment at Highland Memorial Park.
